Director & Founder of RKM Attorneys

Ripfumelo Kamogelo Maluleke is the Founder and Director of RKM Attorneys and RKM Properties, with a focused practice in estate administration, property transactions, and legal process coordination.

She is a dedicated and experienced legal administration professional who has served with the Master of the High Court for a period of three years as an Estate Controller. During her tenure, she has developed extensive expertise in the administration of deceased estates, with a primary focus on the Intestate Estates Section, where she was responsible for matters relating to appointments and estate administration in terms of applicable legislation and procedures.

Through her role, Ripfumelo has acquired substantial practical experience in the processing and administration of intestate estates, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and facilitating the efficient administration of estates for the benefit of heirs, beneficiaries, and stakeholders.

In addition to her core responsibilities, Ripfumelo has gained significant exposure across various divisions within the Master’s Office, including:

Liquidations Section – Exposure to insolvency and liquidation matters, administration processes, and related regulatory requirements.

Trusts Section – Experience in trust registrations, trust administration procedures, and compliance monitoring.

Deceased Estates Administration – Broad exposure to estate management processes, reporting requirements, and stakeholder engagement.

General Master’s Office Functions – Understanding of the operational framework, legal processes, and administrative procedures governing matters under the jurisdiction of the Master’s Office.
